Available for sale is a rare trompe d'oeil lidded ceramic box with chocolates on the lid. It is from Este Ceramiche, Italy and is in excellent condition. The only flaw I detect are 4 very minor chips in the rim. (See Photos) In my opinion, these tiny flaws do not take away from the charm of this ceramic box.This brand is often sold at Tiffany & Co, though this item is not marked Tiffany.It has a slightly scalloped shape and a ribbed design going around the box. The details are really beautiful.It measures 6.25" in diameter and 3.5" high.
