For auction this week I have a pair of vintage shaving collectables in excellent condition. The shaving mug is an advertising item. In flawless lettering and intricate design it reads 'EXPORT A KINGS', '1 UNDER CUP' - - - the french word for cup, 'COUPE' appears as well. On the back of the mug is a picture of 3 men in 1800's attire playing golf. The mug has not so much as a crack, chip or any defect at all....It's nice and clean with only minor vintage enhancing 'age checking' in the finish ...... a very nice piece. The brush also has, in very clear lettering the 'BARBERSHOP Pure Bristle' logo. The brush bristles seem to be all intact and straight, with no twisting or fraying. The wood handle has some age markings in the finish which lend to the vintage appearance. 2 nice items for your collection or other useage.
