We know a lot about this camera. We know the original owner purchased the camera on December 8, 1973 as evidenced by the warranty card. We know that something happened to the camera almost immediately because a receipt from the Camera Repair Service dated January 15, 1974 reflects that the upper camera back and bottom cover was replaced at no charge. Unfortunately, we do not know if the camera or the two film cartridges work. They are UNTESTED and therefore the camera and film are SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT THE CAMERA AND/OR THE FILM WORK.Please review the photographs for condition. The camera includes the following documents. Any of the documents may have discoloration, stains, folds or bent corners. - The instruction manual for the camera with warranty information card stapled to it - A pamphlet explaining "an important modification in your Polaroid SX-70 Land camera" (the split circle focusing aid) - One sheet of instructions explaining the distance scale installed on the camera - Camera Repair Service receipt for replacement of the upper camera back and bottom cover and "Up-date 286" (no clue about what that is) - The Polaroid Corporation envelope containing the receipt (postmarked April 5, 1974) - "How to take better pictures with your pocket camera" booklet (actually belongs to a different camera but was in this case) read more
