This listing is for Franciscan's HTF vintage Desert Rose pattern "toast cover". It measures 5 1/2" in diameter and is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, crazing, etc. Beautiful finish. Features small air hole to allow heat to escape and has 3 varied rose patterns around scalloped edge along with leaves, etc. Number 235 5 marked on inside of lid. Rosebud finial is in mint condition. I had to look hard to figure out what this is. I am helping a friend sell part of her deceased parents estate items and this was among them.
