I sold these lamps several weeks ago on EBay, and when preparing to ship them discovered they were "European" wired, not suitable for use I emailed the buyer and she indicated that she couldn't use them. I refunded the money and then in my infinite wisdom decided to remove the foreign wiring and replace it with contempory stuff. I got as far as removing the wiring, but the rest is over my head - so selling them as is: The onyx lamps stand about 8 1/2" tall and on a base that measures about 2 1/2" square on little bronze feet. These little guys are perfect except one has a tiny micro chip on one corner of the base. The silk covered shades look great, but inside one is badly stained. I include all the original wiring, plug ins, and switches in this purchace just in case you want to re-do the lamps back to French wiring. The dealer tag carried a price that was more than the sum total of the first three cars I bought. . And that is all I know. This, from dozens of boxes belonging to a retired antique dealer, of which I have agreed to get rid of on EBay. All items listed are a fraction of what the dealer price tag calls for. I have no idea what this stuff is worth (and don't care). Buyer add $15.00 .S&H. Personal check okay. Visa or MasterCard okay. PayPal okay. Live chickens okay too.A message from Hrvestuff (07/30/08) If your thing read more
