Please see full description for details.Vintage French Sabatier K Jeune Carbon Steel Chef's Knife Set 12" 10" 8" 6" 4"Estate fresh vintage 6 piece French Sabatier (K Jeune) high carbon steel blade chef's knife set in as-is condition for restoration. Set includes five knives with blade lengths of approximately 12", 10", 8", 6", and 4". Also includes is a matching sharpening steel. Fresh out of a local estate. Knife condition varies from knife to knife. Some show more wear than others. All show some rust, wear, and blade discoloration. 10" knife only shows a wavy blade edge from improper sharpening.
