This is a vintage Sheaffer's LIFETIME Balance Fountain Pen in the less common Red Veined Grey Pearl color. The pen is in good condition with great color and is is Full Size Standard Girth and is approx 5 3/8" in length. The pen is Red Veined Grey Pearl in color with gold filled trim. The pen has a Sheaffer's 14K LIFETIME nib that is in good condition with both iridiums intact. No cracks on the barrel or cap. Close examination of the cap band and cap lip shows NO hairline cracks, (something that is common with Balance pens). The barrel imprint shows only very light wear and is easily read. The gold filled trim has only very light brassing on the GF trim. The pen is a lever filler with the fill lever intact. . The pen will need a new bladder and a complete refurbishment in order to write. the only real issue with this pen is that both the top of the cap and the bottom tail of the barrel have excessive light teething marks. ( Uggh!) still a very beautiful pen...Shipping for all my items includes handling and shipping in a rigid box for extra protection. No problem on combine shipping for multiple items.
