Promotional Miniature Toy Train from 1973 Elton John Rocket Records launch party. Made in Germany by Gebr Hildner. The set is made of heavy aluminum. Excellent condition. All wheels spin freely and cleanly. All 8 cars from the original set. Each piece is about 1” long. And there’s something a little extra special about this set for the buyer. The set comes with full provenance from 1973 to 2015. My grandmother was the original owner and acquired this set in 1973. She had it prominently displayed in her antique display case in her living room. It was passed down to me and I’ve enjoyed it for many years. I’m sure the new owner will also enjoy it for years to come. The neat part is that the buyer will only be the third owner in over 4 decades. I find that interesting.
