Vintage General Electric Brass Blade Fan GE Brass Blade Fan Approx. 8 Inch Diameter Blades and 10 Inch Diameter Cage Other than 10 minutes research on the internet and looking at similar items on Ebay, I know nothing about vintage fans. If you need more specifics or if you catch me describing something incorrectly, just send me a message. Here is what is on the metal tag on the base of the fan: Cat. 49X607 No. T107670 A. .5 Spec. 272580-1 V. 110/120 CYC. 60 The fan is in the condition that I found it in. It is definitely dirty. A lot of finish has come off of the cage and base. Very minimal amount of rust. It looks to me that one of the blades has a slight ripple in it. I tried to show that in one of the pictures. It does not appear to affect the operation of the fan though. It appears to me that the electric cord is a replacement that was done decades ago. It does not look like a cord that is as old as the fan but it also does not look like a cord that is from the last 30 years. I did plug the fan in a ran it for a couple of minutes. It ran great, real smooth and quiet. If you are looking at this, I am sure that you know more than I do about it. If you have question, feel free to ask. I will do my best to respond promptly.
