~ESTATE SALE FIND~Acquired at a local estate sale auction is a cute little piece of vintage German Elfinware pottery. This little basket is a pretty iridescent off white luster color with a nice basket weave design and a single split handle. On the front are little blue forget-me-nots with some green in between. It measures just under 2-1/2" long by slightly under 2-1/2" high with the handle. The last photo shows it is marked " Germany " on the underneath bottom. This piece is in excellent condition. The little forget-me-not on the bottom left shows it has 4 petals but may have been designed this way due to the green underneath of it.
