I am selling six vintage folk art German carved figures representing a elf band. The 4 1/2 inch figures are beautifully carved with great detail. The only flaw I can see is the drummer drum stick is missing. All other characters are in very good condition. I am not an expert in Black Forest carvings, however I was told these figures were carved in the middle of the 20th Century .The original paint is still t with minor fading and paint loss on some of the figures. The elves have a wonderful look about them. If you collect folk art, German carvings or musical figurines these items may be to your liking.
