On Offer in this Auction is A Wonderful Vintage Gien "Renaissance" Pattern Wall Plaque. It is Beautifully Hand Painted with the Fond Bleu Ground & has Cavorting Cherub ~ Putti to the Centre in A Heraldic Frame. Circa Mid 19th Century Approximately...!It is in Very Good Overall Condition with No Breakages, Hairline Cracks, Crazing, Paint Losses to Mention. The Only Point to Raise is that there has been an Under Rim Small Restoration. Not at All Visible when Displayed - Hence the Very Low Start Price Asked...Bears the Brown Vintage Gien Backstamp & Painter's Marks to the Base - as shown on the Attached Photographs.
