Hi! THanks for looking! This lamp is just gorgeous! If it doesn't sell, I think I was meant to keep it! I acquired it at a vintage estate auction. As you can see from the pictures, it is tested and working great! It has been stored for quite some time, although I do not know the origination date. It is very dusty and I apologize if you can see that in the pictures! My plan was to clean it up before I sent it to you, as I will need to remove the oil anyway for shipping - so I will dust her, but I must admit, I don't know how much I will be able to get at, I've never had one of these lamps. It comes with the plastic greenery at the bottom, not sure if that is original or not, but seems to be as t are holes they fit into nicely. It's a simple brass design with flat brushed look in the upper and lower casings and then a very nice ornate top and bottom piece. The strings that the oil comes down seem a bit frayed and t, but that didn't stop it from functioning as it should. The lamp is 30" in total height. The diameter is 11". The nude woman is 9". The cord is over 120" t are a couple of areas that will need fixing - cord is a little mixed up in the chains and the chains need to be worked over the switch to flow evenly with the cord - no mechanical/electrical problems, you will just need a little patience! The switch has "Gilbert" on it - I wasn't sure if this is the manufacturer of the lamp?? or just the switch . . . It appears to be in very nice condition. The upper screws that hold the top casing on do seem a tad bit loose - not tighten to capacity, but I didn't mess with it too much. When I begin the cleaning process I might find a surface scratch or two, but that can be expected with age, exposure and use! I looked it over and t is nothing visually apparent as it sits.
