For sale today I have a vintage razor made up of a couple different models and replated, NO BRUSH.. The handle for this razor comes from "The New" common bar and handle and the top head plates come from a old type (early teens and 20's). I had this razor replated but before I sent it out for a standard plate job, I sand blasted it with a very fine media to give it a little different look. Instead of having a mirror like finish this piece has a slight textured look to it. The plating job is good and this was razor was a fun one to shave with. There is a small blemish on the top of the head about half the size of a piece of rice. I don't know it it will polish out as I haven't tried. Its just a small greyish spot on the lower corner. There is a bent tooth on the plate so cosmetically it isn't perfect but I've received a few BBS shaves from this razor with no problems with a Personna blade. I really liked this razor but its time for another Franken Razor! This razor has been soaked in a Barbercide solution, so its ready to go needing just a blade to make a appearance in your shaving rotation. As I know how important it is for buyers (my self included) to have the best idea of what they're looking to purchase, I try to give the best detailed description I can of each piece.
