Sixteen Piece Lot Of Carnival GID Ornaments Ebay has a new page view. If you are on it, you may not see my entire description and pictures. Email me if you cannot see the entire listing. The birds (Toucans) measure 2 3/4" X 3 3/8" (not including the hook), the lions are 3 1/4" X 3 3/8" and the penguins are 2 3/4" X 1 3/4" (not including the hook). Each ornament is molded plastic with painted red accents. These were manufactured by the Carnival Toy Manufacturing Corp. in the 1940s - 50s. After exposure to light (I used a flashlight for a couple of minutes) the ornaments glow purple in the dark. Some of the birds have scrapes to the red areas on the wings. The ornaments have no holes, stains, cracks or repairs. I have other vintage Christmas items up for auction and would be happy to combine shipping.
