I write all of my descriptions on the bottom of the about me page. I do this hoping everyone will take a minute to read the page and get to know me a little better. I explain all of my policies and procedures and by reading we may oid any problems that could arise. Thanks About Me I am officially an auction hound thanks to my dearly departed mother. I have hit several in the last few weeks and all of my new goodies will be coming up. I hope you like it all I sure do. I am really bad about those sweet little notes a lot of sellers put in the package with the item you won. I have even purchased several different kinds of thank you notes and not one is missing out of the stack. I guess it's just another one of those little things that prove I just don't pay attention to detail So....if you purchase something from me, your thank you note is in the drawer, blank, but I thank you very much in advance. I have never claimed to be a photographer. I do recommend to any seller to watch the eBay tutorial on taking better pictures is very helpful but now after 2 years at this I could probably teach that dude a thing or two. My tripod keeps falling over and breaking the bolt to hold the camera on it or the flash. Right now I am using a Canon Rebel XSI which is waaaaaay too much camera for me. With this camera what you see is what you get. It shows every detail right down to the tiniest flaw. I am also not a very observant person. I am referring to my mustache story. I was married for 20 some odd years. My husband had a mustache 17 of those years. You would think I noticed when he shaved it well.......NOT. Go figure. Therefore all of my items have been looked over carefully but what one may see another may not. If you feel that I have grossly misrepresented an item then contact me and I will rectify it. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, me more than most. This is now a smoke free home because of my brand new grandson. But my dogs still smoke on a regular basis and they like to smoke on the back porch. That's where my whole set up is for picture taking and packing. So there is a possibility your package may have a dog hair or 10. Now to add to the issue of smoke and yapper hair there my be a slobber issue. That's more likely to be a problem if he is sitting on my bed with me during the shipping process. He was born November 2, 2012 so count the months and you know he is grabbing everything and putting it straight into his mouth. Especially if it's in a noisy plastic baggy or bubble wrap that makes the most intriguing noise ever. We could have a plethora of educational baby toys and 100% of the time he will choose the tissue paper. Put my phone , jewelry or reading glasses in his general vicinity and you can count on them getting completely saturated with slobber. So I just needed to give you a heads up and I am sure your pretties will be dry by the time they reach you. These items I sell are vintage or close. That means they are old and old means less than perfect. Please keep that in mind when you are bidding. Returns I don't like them. Now if you have a valid reason to return it then do so. I have taken it upon myself to list some valid reasons and poor excuses. Valid Reason 1. It's broken 2. I lied Poor Excuses 1. Changed your mind. 2. Wanted it for a night out and thought you would send it back. 3. Wrong color 4. Buyers remorse If you do need to return something all I ask is that you pay for the shipping back to me. Thanks. Shipping Charges I do combine shipping to save you money. I would love to be able to ship for free but some of these items barley sell for .99. At .99 for an item if I pay for the shipping I would be in the hole. I ship First Class because it's cheaper and I also try to recycle material to keep handling charges down. If you purchase several items that would weigh more than the 13 ounces for first class then I send it Priority Flat Rate in a small box for 5.50.
