This auction is for One (1) Used / Very Good Condition, VINTAGE GOTHAM PRESSED STEEL CHINESE CHECKERS,MAGNETIK BASEBALL, CHECKERS, AUTO RACE GAME BOARD SET. This game board set measures approximately 14 ½ inches x 14 ½ inches x 7/8 of an inch when in the closed position. All four (4) sides each measure 14 ½ inches x 14 ½ inches when opened up. Two hinged areas hold the pressed steel game board together… Unhook the hinges and you have two separate pieces with a game on each side. The Magnetik Baseball and Auto Race games are on one side and the Chinese Checkers and Checkers game are on the other side. The Auto Race game has a spinner wheel on it. Unfortunately t are no game pieces with this auction… they were lost a long time ago. MANUFACTURED BY GOTHAM PRESSED STEEL CORPORATION – NEW YORK, U.S.A. - 1953 MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is printed on the game board in two areas. The game is in overall Very Good Condition with very bright painted on graphics… t are scratches and some surface rust on the edges. This will make an excellent item to display on the wall or in your game collection. This toy has had only one owner… It was mine as a child.
