[zipedit] •• Description ••This is a gorgeous and highly sought after green Sunflower or Petal chandelier from the late 1930's through the 1940's. The somewhat rare soft green frosted pressed glass petal shade in PERFECT condition and some refer to this color as jadeite. It has a long clear pressed glass stem on a glass base & a pressed glass bobeche with 12 beautiful & high quality large vintage crystal glass prisms. The large ceiling canopy is solid brass with an ornate vintage pressed glass cover and all hardware is golden brass. The solid brass finial and large faceted crystal ball prism complete this exceptional period light. Brilliant lit or unlit!The fixture has been rewired with 4 new UL rated sockets & wiring, 60 watt maximum bulbs and provides a significant amount of light. It measures 14.5" wide and hangs 21" from ceiling to bottom of shade, 24" to bottom of finial. If you need a longer hang let me know and I can add extra chain as well as shorten at no charge.
