Old diecut of a Jack O' Lantern with some type of hood, or shroud, and bone. Made by Beistle, probably in the 1930's to 1950's, app. 10 1/2" X 9". I don't know much about this item, except that it is by Beistle. I've seen similar figures by this company, but they were attached to hats. This one appears to be a decoration, and has no evidence of ever being part of a hat, or any thing else. All diecut decorations, are old, used, and being offered in as-is condition, with minor dings, and paper wear, tape, and tape marks, etc., see photos, they are always part of the description.
