This is a vintage cat witch rattle.It measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches tall. It has somethings inside that make noise. It is made of celluloid and the color on both sides is mint, mint, mint. Under side is warped in center a little due to age , but still stands up nicely and doesn't take away from it at all. No cracks ,breaks, repairs or holes. I think it has been stored since it was made. Comes from an estate sale of a lady in her late 80's. Thank you for looking.
