Vintage hand made aluminium model of the WWII period Fairey Swordfish bomber/torpedo plane nicknamed 'Stringbag' the item is in good condition but will benefit from cleaning,the base to the plane is signed by the maker 'D.Vams' 1982, the plane measures 19.4 cm x 14 cm x 4 cm in dimension and satnds 17 cm tall on the stand, the decals to the plane and the base are a little worn,one wheel and strut to the under carriage of the plane is missing,item will benefit from cleaning throughout,. weight : 451 grammes Please Note that most of our auctions end and start on sundays,it is our aim to get your goods dispatched to you as quickly as possible and as such all items paid for before 12pm on the day after auction end will be guaranteed for dispatch on Tuesday morning, any items paid for after this period and before thursday morning 10am will be dispatched friday morning,all other items will be sent with the following weeks postal runs depending on payment date.Thank you!
