hi, thanks for stopping, up for auction is a beautiful, vintage hand made patchwork quilt. i'm not sure of the pattern, it looks like maybe hour glass or bowtie?? it looks to be machine pieced & hand tied! all the vintage fabrics are in beautiful condition & t are so many different patterns, it's alot of fun to look at! t are no tears or loose stitches. t is a water stain on the back in one corner that should be treated and come out (i have not laundered this quilt) i dont know the age, it does have a thin layer of batting & i dont know what type of batting it is, cotton or polyfill? the backing is a dark orange that folds over to the front to form the binding, and works wonderfully with all the fabrics! it's a very nice vintage piece that would be a great addition to a quilt collection. the dimensions are 85" X 66" if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!!
