JAPANESE PLATE A lovely hand painted plate of white ducks or geese, has gilt rim diameter 21.5cm, in very good condition no chips, cracks or restoration, no base marks but 4 character mark on right of plate as shown this is unboxed but will be well wrapped and boxed prior to dispatch I will generally combine postage please feel free to ask any questions more photos can be sent ot email address DESCRIPTIONS I do try and be accurate with all my descriptions but I am not an expert and rely on what I find out on the Internet etc. Please feel free to ask any questions before auction ends as all of these are antique/vintage pieces there will be small marks in glaze, stains and most likely minor crazing, wear to painting and gilt edges. If you are after perfect pieces please email me, as they might not be though I do include in my descriptions any chips or hairline cracks. PAYMENT Payment to be made within 4 days of auction ending by paypal (or cash if collecting) or agree otherwise with me before auction ends, cheques and postal orders accepted from UK bidders only from UK bank in pounds sterling; but item(s) will not be posted until cheque clears SHIPPING AND HANDLING Posting china and glass ware needs very careful packing; I always wrap pieces individually and then pack them in boxes, I make a small charge of about 50p- £1 depending on size and number of items for packing. No couriers will pay for damage to breakables only losing package completely so I generally send them all by Royal Mail. I always get a certificate of posting; Items selling for more than £25 will be sent “signed for”. Items selling for more than £50 will be sent special delivery to cover extra insurance; most items can be collected in person and paid for in cash. I am always willing to combine postage for auctions finishing close together (within 7days) but please let me know you are waiting for more items. I will then send an amended invoice after the last item has sold. I am willing to post most items worldwide but it will always be airmail (not surface) so it would need to under 2kg packed, which may mean more than 1 parcel, all selling for over £25 will be sent international signed/airsure for as that protects against loss. If an item is really fragile or large I will not post outside UK I generally dispatch within 2 working days, I post second class, standard parcels or courier to keep costs down, if you want an item faster let me know and I can arrange 1 st class or next day for the extra charge Please leave feedback and DSR to let me know it has arrived safely, and I will reciprocate. If there is a problem please get in touch via ebay email as most things can be sorted out amicably. RETURNS POLICY If an item is fundamentally not as described, damaged or broken a full refund will be given including return postage if required. Items are very rarely damaged in transit but if they are clear digital photos of item damage will mean refund is quicker and return may not be necessary Please get in touch before returning anything, it must be returned in original packaging and sent back the way it arrived, so if “signed for” must be returned same way.
