This is a wonderful vintage / antique cotton quilt with colors primarily in red / pink and blue and a burgundy print back. Handquilted approximately 5 stitches per inch, measuring 76" x 74", I would guess this to have been made in the 1930's or 1940's. In a book of quilt patterns this was listed as Kite Quilt, Arkansas Snow Flake, or Arkansas Star. Definitely has been loved and used, has some tearing and fraying and t are some sections on the back that have faded, but this would still look great displayed on a bed, stair railing, or given new life as pillows, etc. Non-smoking home.
