Welcome to our auction. My husband and I recently went to an Antique auction and purchased some interesting items. This is a unusual item. A vintage / antique General Store fake cheese food display. The "Provolone" cheese is made of solid wax and has the exterior painted and hand tied. The size is 22" long without the string and hangs 27" with the string. There were some very old general store displays that looked to be from the 20's and 30's I don't know the age of this item but it is very realistic and well made and very heavy. The weight is about 8 1/4 lbs. NO RESERVE We are very pleased to offer you some quality used items. Our merchandise is usually purchased at antique auctions or private estate sales.
