Up for auction is a really cool vintage bird pin, by famous costume designer Hattie Carnegie. This pin is made of textured goldtone with red glass eyes, very detailed and comical. As I said it's a really neat piece, I can't tell if it's an abstract bird flying or a bird perched on a branch, but it is still very fun. It measures 1 1/4" wide and 7/8" at it's tallest. It has the Hattie Carnegie signature on back. The piece is in great condition with, as far as I can tell, no wear to the gold tone and no damage. This is the perfect piece for a collector of Hattie Carnegie or a lover of vintage costume jewelry.
