Vintage AND HEAVY Western Electric Transformer D166052-NEVER SOLDERED-New? Here is a vintage Western Electric transformer found in a box of new WE capacitors and box marked on shipping label with the contents being WE caps, etc. so I am assuming this is new, unused. Just my opinion. The solder lugs have not been soldered but will need cleaning due to age. Also needs paint touched up/repainted from sitting. Checked the lugs with my ohm-meter and they all have very low resistance. 1-2 approx. 2.6, 3-4 almost the same, 15-16 ditto. the rest were very low 5-6-7-8-9-10 all have continuity, 11-12-13-14 same..Don't know what it's for--but if you do let me know as I would like to find out!!
