FOR SALE for FIVE DAYS - Vintage Heddon Pal Spinning Rod #7424 - This 6'9" fiber glass Heddon rod come with the original rod bag and carrying/storage tube (green with the "Heddon" logo). The rod was used but well cared for by an old avid lifetime fisherman. I have left it as I received it from him. The guides, thread, tip-top, etc. I believe, are all original. It does appear to have been re-finished, at least in the thread area. The rod is signed very clearly "Heddon Pal #7424 Pro Weight Deluxe 6'9" Vari Power action". The original owner told me that he used this rod primarily on the Mississippi River in Minnesota for white bass and walleyes, obviously back a few decades. The cork handle is sound but you might want to clean it if you so desire. The black enameled butt end is marred or scratched but still in good shape.
