Vintage compact by Henriette Burgundy with gold guilloche trim T is a tiny button that you push and the lid pops open revealing the powder compartment Very pretty. Some wear. See Pics. Very collectible. Would make an interesting piece to add to your collection I bought many compacts at an estate sale a while ago and am now listing all of them them. If I don't get them all listed tonight, please check back over the next few days. 's a little info about the estate sale I went to: I bought this at an estate sale w the lady was well into her 90's (from Federalsburg, MD) and was an avid collector of all types of antiques I happened to be sitting next to a relative during the sale and found this story so funny: The lady and her husband lived in an old house that evidently had some acreage to it. When she retired (she was a school teacher) they built another house on the property. When the new house was built, they just closed up the old house, LEFT EVERYTHING IN IT, and moved into the new house and bought all new :) She had some amazing things! What a great find!
