HISTORIC Authentic Hermēs cards, circa 1948 from Paris, France . SPECTACULAR Zincographic Artisanship from Paris A rare set of two decks of cards, with original orange Hermes box, from Paris, France. Printed in 1948, the intact card box measures 4x6 inches (10x15 cm), and is in very good condition with only minor wear and tear and an immaculate inside. Each deck contains 52 cards. All four suits have a full image, plus an incredible full-color Joker and additional full title card; each deck has gold gilt edging. They were designed by A.M CassAndre, and printed by Draeger-Freres, Paris. These extraordinarily beautiful cards were printed in 7 zincographic colors, with a linen-enameled finish. Although neither deck is in its original cellophane, each is in very good/excellent condition. They are truly a joy to look at, in their vivid coloring and bold design.
