I have no idea, I've tried to get specific info but couldn't find anything here on ebay. The only info I can see on this is Rogers No 4463 so this could be something really desired or something you could add to your collection .....Again, have no clue but found this in a large wooden box in the back of a storage unit (not the actual train box but other). Its not new, it is a little dusty. Look at pics before bidding Don't know if works or not, looking at the box and other possessions, I would say a collector of some sort. There was complete train sets in boxes (some real nice ones) and then we found this box in the back. The piece is somewhat heavy and looks to be in good shape considering it wasn't made yesterday. Again, don't know am no expert. by no means. Again, look at pics for this is sold as is Photo is of actual item.
