Beautiful Hofner archtop guitar with cutaway. Bound front,back,neck, & F-holes. Pearloid block fret markers, pearloid pick guard, vintage Ideal neck pickup (pickup has wire from it but is not hooked up) . Hofner K&H tailpiece is marked Made in Germany. Comes with two adjustable bridges. Headstock has a very cool musical staff with Hofner in block letters. cloth covered hard case (non-Hofner). I do not know the model name, but it seems to fall in the 60's "Club Style" Hofner's based on the tailpiece and headstock design. The guitar has a nice vintage sound to it but I cannot check what it sounds like amplified since the pickup is not connected. The lacquer finish has the checking (cracking) expected in a vintage guitar. The bridges are adjustable so the strings should be able to be set high or low to your preference. The neck appears straight and in good shape. Will need new strings. This is a vintage instrument/used and may not be set up to your preferences or you may discover later that it is a different model than you thought or the pickup is or isn't original to the guitar when it left the Hofner plant 50 years ago. I will not pay to have the guitar set up once you buy it or buy you a certain pickup or compensate you financially for being unhappy. If it is not as descibed I will have you send it back.
