Vintage Hollywood Regency French Arm Chair Hollywood Regency or Mid Century Modern French Home Décor Vintage Hollywood Regency French Arm Chair, Beautiful High Back Design with curved designed back and fleur de lis stylized arms. The off-white/cream finished frame is in excellent vintage condition with very minor wear. The gold toned velvet upholstery fabric can probably be cleaned but would recommend having it redone. Can I suggest a Robert Allen cut velvet fabric, which would offset nicely with the cream finished frame? The cushion is still plush and the spring/sprung seat base is tight and still has the requisite bounce. The walnut frame is strong and sturdy and shows no signs of weakness. Given the high level of detail and quality of construction of this piece, I would lean towards thinking that this was a custom decorator piece. The high back and wide seat makes this chair very comfortable to lounge in. This piece would make a great addition to any Hollywood Regency or Mid Century Modern French Home Décor.
