Vintage Ideal Pure Milk Co., Inc., Evansville, IN cardboard insert to request delivery of different dairy products. Has 25 multi-colored cardboard tabs with names of different dairy products. When the empty milk bottles were set out for the milkman, the tab for whatever product the customer desired was chosen and displayed, and propped up in the top of the empty milk bottle so the milkman could see it. He could then deliver whatever the customer wanted. Is in good condition except for the portion that actually sets in the milk bottle. Much of the printing has worn off of that area. All of the tabs, however, are easy to read.
