A vintage Italian majolica asparagus serving box with hand-painted decoration including dark & light greens, pink, purples and yellow glazes. The bundle-form dish of horizontal asparagus spears with fitted single-handle lid opens to a unpainted interior; hand signed on the underside. “MI” is probably the artist’s initials.About 7-1/2” long by 5-1/8”wide by 6” tall.Excellent condition overall with no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no stains, no apparent flaws, no unusual wear. Clean and bright. Appears to have been unused. Ready for use or display.Please email me with any questions.
