[zipedit] Vintage Italian Hand blown Candy Dish Description This item up for auction is a Vintage candy dish with lid made in a purple color. It This piece was hand blown in Italy. I am not sure of the exact maker of this item. I know that it was made in Italy, because the day I acquired it, there was a "Hand Crafted in Italy" sticker attached. However, it was also raining that day and the stickers that were attached to many items came off. This candy dish stands 8 3/4" tall including the lid. The bowl of the dish measures about 5 3/4" in diameter. The foot measures 3 1/2" in diameter. This candy dish is not made of thick heavy glass. It is thinner and lighter weight. There are a couple of smaller bubbles in the glass which is normal for hand blown items. It is in excellent condition. It appears to have never been used, and there are no chips, cracks, or breaks.
