Vintage Jacobus Stainer 4/4 Violin (Marked Stainer on Back & Inside) For consideration is a Vintage Jacobus Stainer 4/4 Violin. This violin is marked Stainer on the back side and marked Jacobus Tainer Made In Chzecho-Stovakia on the inside. This violin has three strings (one of which does not appear to be original). This violin would need to be restrung. The detail to the top wood swirl design is quite lovely. The wood has some nicks and scratches. There is no chin rest. There is a missing string adjusting knob . Measurments: 23" 1/4" long without the string brace and 23 1/2" long with x 8" wide at the widest point. See pictures for condition and details.
