Vintage 71/4" (DIC) Japan tin toy car with driver and rider. It is friction driven. When wheels are turned the Man with the top hate in the back comes up out of his seat and back down. I'm guessing this was from the 50's or earlier? There is rust on the fenders and the eagle hood ornament, and the hub caps. Other than the rust it is in good condition. Thanks!
