Great looking wood Duck Decoy, that just happens to be Touch Tone Phone. Works, dials out and receives. When a call comes in, it quacks and his eyes light up. The quack is a little weird, sounding more like a buzz and the audio volume in the hand set is a little soft, yet audible. It hasn't been used for some time. The buttons tended to stick when I first tried using it, but improved the more I used it. I did see some scratching, rub marks, and minor paint chipping.
