up for auction is this heavy goldtone filagree necklace deaigned by Jose Maria Barerra.This was made for avon in 1989 and was never worn and in mint condition in the original box. Questions are welcome since my vintage items are sold as-is and sale is final with no returns. For U.S. bidders,payment is accepted thru paypal,money order or personal check.Buyer pays shipping and optional insurance. For bidders outside the U.S.,payment is accepted thru paypal only and buyer pays priority shipping and insurance. I am sorry about the cost,but I will not ship internationally without insurance and a tracking number.Please do not ask me to change the shipping before or after the auction is completed.If you do not agree to the priority shipping then do not bid. I understand priority mailing is high.I am only sending international items insured priority because it's the only way I can get insurance and a tracking number. If I don't have it and an item gets lost,ebay and paypal will refund the money to the buyer and the seller is out both the item and the money.Since I cannot afford these losses,I had to change my policy and ship only insured priorty mail for anything outside the U.S.
