No Reserve Up for auction is a beautiful vintage Joyce Parkhill watercolor entitled "Naples Beach". The exposed image of the watercolor is 10 by 14 inches and with the wood frame 20 3/4 by 16 3/4 inches. The condition is very good with some minor foxing evident. The overall presentation is very good and the colors are bright and vibrant. It is signed Parkhill in the lower left. No shipping outside the continental U.S. Thank you for your interest and best of luck. Biography Joyce W. Parkhill lived and worked in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois and Naples, Florida. Known for her watercolor landscape paintings of the Midwest and Europe, she graduated bronze tablet from the University of Illinois in 1955 with a bachelors degree in fine arts. She trained under Fauve artist Louise Woodroofe. She was a member of the American Water Color Society, and she was a life member of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America. Her work is in the collection of numerous Midwest as well as corporate art collections.
