You are bidding on a NICE VINTAGE O.K. CUB .049B C/L MODEL AIRPLANE ENGINE, MADE IN U.S.A., CIRCA LATE-1960s! Engine has been run, and appears to be in GOOD - VERY-GOOD CONDITION overall. Crankshaft turns smoothly, but with FAIR - GOOD COMPRESSION. Nothing missing, appears to be complete. A coupleof the cylinder fins show minor marring marks, nothing dented or chipped; the hex head also shows some light tool marks. Aluminum thimble-type fuel tank shows some surface nicks & scratches, nothing dented or punctured. Mounting lug openings show minor washer marks, nothing cracked or broken-out. The glow plug has been tested & the element seems to light-up well, however no guarantees. Features Rotary-Valve Front-Intake with Cast Venturi Stack & Aluminum Insert, Brass Needle-Valve w/Retainer Spring and an optional Extended Flexible Knob, Cast-Aluminum Crankcase with Beam & Radial Mounting Lugs, Bolt-On Aluminum Fuel Tank with Single Vent, Hand-Lapped Piston & Steel Cylinder, Bronzed Bushing-Type Bearing, a Head that takes standard glow plugs (no expensive glow heads to replace), Circular Back-Plate and a spun-aluminum Drive Washer.
