Up for sale are early vintage style Kansas University Jayhawks. The Jayhawks are cast iron, and each was individually hand painted in official K U colors, making each unique. All are individually numbered. I had these re-cast in a limited run of 100 pieces from an original cast iron Jayhawk that I have in my collection. They weigh a little less than 3 pounds, and are 6 1/4 inches tall. The bottom edge is covered with felt. On the back edge I had cast Jay-esS 2008, which stands for Jayhawk, extra special seasons, for the year 2008, to commemorate the football and basketball teams spectacular seasons. Get one for your KU student, fan, or alumnus. T are only 40 painted left, and they are ready to go at a Dutch auction set price of $48. This is the lowest price you will see on these figurines, and the last time they will be put on e-bay. Guaranteed to last hundreds of years, and can be passed down to future generations, unlike other memorabilia. A great gift for a graduate of KU. Go Hawks.
