This is a nice, clean vintage Keuffel & Esser USA 6" Paragon 1413P engineer's rule/scale for reading in 80 parts of an inch and 100 parts of an inch. There is just the slightest bow in the rule, so that when you push down on one end, the other end is about 1/8" off the table, but that should not impair use in practice.The paper sleeve/case has some wear issues at the end, but the label is sound.
