Beautiful Vintage Kimonos Japanese Taisho Period Handmade Bold Pink Red Black*Beautiful Vintage Kimono*Up for bid is a beautiful vintage kimono. I know very little about kimonos. I was told that it was from the Taisho Showa Period, which would date it between the 1920's and 1940's. The colors are beautiful. It is lined with a thin red silk and also a blue crepe. The outer portion is a bright pink that almost looks tie-dyed with a contrasting black and white print. This fabric is a heavy crepe fabric. It seems to be hand-made. There are no holes, tears in the fabric. Just a couple of small stains that might be removed with a professional cleaning.Please ask questions prior to bidding .
