This is an AWESOME headvase for your collection. She is 7" tall and is marked MADE IN JAPAN with a wreath on the bottom. T is no date, but I am sure she is from the late 1950's or early 1960's. She is all handpainted, with the green of her dress being irregular in tone. She is wearing an emerald green dress and big matching hat...trimmed with white and gold. T is a white rose and leaf design at the front of the hat. She has closed eyes, delicately painted lashes and lashline with red lips and red finger nails on her raised hand. Her hair is soft blond with blond eyebrows. She has a tiny bit of missing paint on the back, bottom edge of her dress. I see no other flaws. No breaks, hairlines, or cracks. T does appear to be some light crazing on her skin, due to age. She is very clean and does not appear to have been used as a planter.She is from my personal collection and displays beautifully.No Reserve. NOTE: White spots that appear in the pictures are due to light glare unless otherwise noted. Please ask questions before bidding.
