This is a vintage circa 1960 Lafayette model LT-77 tube tuner. It was designed to receive the FM-AM simulcast stereo broadcasts, and it also has a multiplex output jack for stereo broadcasts. This unit is original and unrestored. I tested it and received FM stations strong and clear. It has the gray plastic electrolytic capacitors that always go out of tolerance, so those should be replaced. The knobs do not look original to me. They are heavy aluminum knobs. This is a very cool retro style piece of audio equipment for your collection or to restore.U.S. shipping only.
