If you are looking to add to your Lalique/Nina Ricci L'Air du Temps collection or looking for a wonderful present for someone special...for your consideration & from my personal perfume collection, I offering some very unusual and unique items tonight. I am having to make room for an ever-expanding collection.Offered is the very first perfume bottle design for the fragrance L'Air du Temps by Nina Ricci in it's lucite sunburst case, pre-dating even the famous dove bottles...also called the "sunburst" or "watch" bottle. Marc Lalique designed the first Lalique bottle for N. Ricci in the soleil design - a sun burst extending to scalloped edges- in the late 40's. This case with enclosed bottle measures 1 3/4" point to opposite point. In raised letters on the case... NINA RICCI PARIS . Paper label reads NINA RICCI - PARIS l'air du temps . Wonderful condition, no chips, cracks or flea bites to bottle or case. I've added an additional photo of other Lalique / L'Air du Temps items I have in other auctions tonight.
