Very Nice, BEAUTIFUL, Vintage, LARGE, Heavy, NEVER USED, New In Original Box, "Consul" COMPLETE, Carved Inlaid Wood Chess Board, With Matching Carved Wood Chess Pieces. This Was Made In POLAND. It Is A Very Large All Wood Board, That Folds In Half, And Locks Closed With Metal Clasps. There Is A Storage Tray Inside, For All The Chess Pieces. The Outside Box Has Mostly Polish Wording, But In English Says, "Features, beech-wood solid cabinet, with hand ornamented chessboard, sycamore-wood hand carved and ornamented chessmen. The Outside Box Has Wear. The Chessboard & Chess Pieces Are Mint. The Chess Pieces Are Weighted, & Have Green Felt Pieces On The Bottom. The Tallest Chess Pieces Are about 3 1/2" Tall, The Shortest (Pawns) Are About 1 3/4" Tall. The Chess Board Fully Opened Out, Measures About 18 7/8" By About 18 7/8". Closed in Half, HALF That Size In One Direction. A VERY BEAUTIFUL Hand Crafted, VINTAGE Chess Set, Still In NEW Condition!!!.
