Up for auction is a beautiful Hamilton Mantel Clock which features the Westminster Chimes. This clock was a award back in 1975 for 25 years of service in the auto industry. I left the small brass adhesive plaque on the clock but you can very easily remove it with some adhesive remover. The clock is in excellent condition both appearance and operation. (runs great!) Item= Hamilton 8 day mantel clock Made in= West Germany Cabinet= solid wood Quality Brass German Movement Key wound (key included) Chimes on the 1/4hr, 1/2hr, 3/4hr, and on the hour it performs the Westminster Chime and then sounds. It has three key holes, one for the time, one for the chime, and one for the hour gong. Wood framed glass front piano hinged door Rear wood piano hinged door. On/Off chime switch Roman Numeral Chapter ring. Four ornate corner ornaments on the face of the clock. Measurements: 16 inches to the top of the brass handle 12 inches wide at the base 6 1/2 inches deep at the base 9 1/2 inches wide of the face of the clock Weight= 11 lbs.
